How do I create an account?
An account is required to place an order. You can create one during checkout, or in advance from the account page — just select “Register” and follow the prompts.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and where can I find mine?
Every batch we ship includes a Certificate of Analysis verifying purity and identity. You can find the COA for a product on its product page, or contact our support team with your order number for a copy.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods at checkout. Available options are displayed automatically on the checkout page.
Are your products for research use only?
Yes. All products sold by PepX Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only (RUO). They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How can I track my order?
Sign in and visit My Account > Orders to view the status of any order. Tracking details are added there as soon as your package ships.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact our support team as soon as possible at support@pepxcompounds.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before an order ships.
